Since Care2Connect was established in 2009, our team has grown every year and we now deliver thousands of hours of care to people in their homes every month. As a result of our growth and as a core provider for West Sussex County Council, we not only need new care workers, but also those with previous experience, keen to join a growing team and take up middle and senior leadership roles. Our staff work in regional groups and then in smaller dedicated care teams and this structure requires co-ordinators, mentors, supervisors and team leaders. We also need individuals that can deliver training, carry out assessments, review care packages and provide observational monitoring and shadowing for new staff.

All of our training is delivered in house and in order to maintain our own high standards and ensure we can continue to meet demand for recruitment of new care workers, we will be increasing our training provision throughout 2020 and beyond. Having experienced and qualified care workers amongst our team will mean we can meet this demand and continue to deliver a quality service to our customers.

In each of our inspections, the CQC has rated us Good and their reports regularly pick out the ‘warm, friendly and safe service’ with ‘caring and responsive staff’ who are ‘patient and kind’. This is reflected in the positive words used by the CQC and in the regular feedback we receive from our care workers and clients.

Pay and Benefits

As standard, we offer the following pay and benefits packages to all staff. For those wanting to progress their career, we can offer additional training and development support, subject to your level of experience, along with enhanced rates of pay.

  • Guaranteed Hours Contract – tailored to suit you. Full or Part Time hours available in your local area
  • Excellent Rates of Pay – including additional enhancements for experienced staff, weekends, bank holidays, long service and travel / mileage
