Join Our Team

Join our team of West Sussex care workers

We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals that want to make a difference in their local community. If you are looking for a rewarding new role or you’re ready to take the next step in your care career, then we would love to hear from you.

As a valuable member of our team you will be providing a high-quality care service to individuals within their own home. Providing personal, domestic and social care – your role is vital in assisting people to maintain their independence and dignity.

We believe a positive care experience comes from having the right people. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and of course appropriately trained carers are important. But empathy is a natural characteristic that we look for in all our carers.

Training and development

Professional and well-trained Care Staff are crucial to everything we do. As a new member of the team you will undertake a detailed Induction Care Worker Training Programme including mandatory care-based induction courses plus a variety of specialist training.

Technology supported care

Our care team need to be focused on delivering high quality support to our customers, not spending time dealing with paperwork and administrative tasks. So, we have invested in intuitive IT systems that remove the need for manually completed logbooks and call sheets. Teams use mobile devices to manage rotas, access information about each call and, most importantly, record details of their visits, from time spent with the customer to any notes or comments for the coordinators or the care workers on the next call.

Care is more than ‘just a job’

Caring for another person is one of the most rewarding roles in the world and, if delivered correctly, can be a hugely rewarding experience for you and our customer. It’s not just a job; it is a vocation and so you will need to have and demonstrate, a caring mentality.

We set the bar high and make no apologies for doing so. We will only ever recruit individuals who we and our customers can absolutely trust and who share our values and standards.  If this sounds like your cup of tea, then gives us a call today!
