Care Services Across West Sussex

Being independent is something we all cherish, and at Care2Connect we understand that our role is to help you, or the person you care for, retain that independence in the comfort of the home setting. We achieve this by providing a flexible, reassuring and responsive, individualised care service underpinned by our ethos:

‘The kind of care you would deliver for your own family, in a manner you would expect’

Choosing the right people to deliver care is incredibly important. For many it may be their first experience of being cared for or arranging care for someone else. That is why we like the approach taken by the Chief Executive of the Care Quality commission (CQC) who uses the ‘Mum Test’ as a guide for reviewing care companies. She asks the question Is this good enough for my Mum (or any other member of my family)?”. At Care2Connect we believe that is a good starting point for us to deliver and monitor the level of care we provide.

Customer Focused Care

You, or the person you care for will be at the centre of all we do. We will work with you, your family and friends to set expectations, find the correct level of care, agree times for visits and then adapt these to reflect changing needs. Homecare can be an extremely positive experience if delivered correctly and we know that regular communication and feedback with you and your family is key to delivering this.

Our Care Quality Commission Rating

We been recognised by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England, with ‘Good’ ratings in 2015, 2017 and 2019. We were noted for our ‘warm, friendly and safe service’ with ‘caring and responsive staff’ who are ‘patient and kind’.
