We are delighted to announce our acquisition of Brooker Care – the East Grinstead based care service - extending our presence across West Sussex and providing us with an opportunity to expand our well respected service to a wider group of customers.
It was clear from our early discussions with the Brooker Care team that there was a significant synergy between both companies. We were both established in the same year and have a similar approach to way in which we extensively train our staff, approach our work and look after our customers. We are excited about moving forward together with the aim of ensuring a quality homecare service for the people of West Sussex.
Homecare is a growing need across West Sussex and beyond. With families situated further afield and people living longer, ensuring that the elderly or infirm can continue to live in their homes for as long as they want to is an important issue. We are committed to ensuring that our customers get the very best care to enable them to maintain their independence and dignity in the safety and security of their own homes.
Both companies currently hold ‘Good’ status with the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England, which has recognised our ‘warm, friendly and safe service’ and ‘knowledgeable and skilled’ staff.
Brooker Care will initially continue to trade under its existing name out of its current office, with a focus on ensuring a consistent service to customers. Our thanks to Graeme Jones of AS Corporate who facilitated and supported the acquisition process.
